Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Rawalpindi. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customers’ queries, resolving their concerns, and providing them with the best possible experience. You will also act as a liaison between the customers and the company.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Ability to handle and resolve various customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
