Role Description
This full-time on-site role involves initiating Real Estate Management programs and fostering industry connections. The Director will play a key role in developing and promoting the field of Real Estate Management at UMT.
Qualifications
- MBA or MS in Management or related disciplines
- Strong finance skills to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in real estate management is preferred
