Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute the strategic objectives of the Distributed Products and Solutions Center, providing competitive product portfolios and solutions that meet market demands.
- Oversight of the entire value chain of distributed products, ensuring competitiveness and maximum profitability.
- Responsible for market insights, product planning, operations, and lifecycle management of distributed products.
- Manage the product team in the Middle East and Africa region, ensuring talent pool development and personnel management.
- Optimize product development processes and align with business development through existing IPD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management (or product marketing).
- Familiar with product insights, planning, development, and management processes, preferably with experience in component and inverter product management or marketing in the renewable energy, communication, automotive, or home appliance industries.
- Prior experience as the primary leader in a related product position, with frontline market experience.
- At least one year of long-term overseas living or resident work experience in the past three years. Fluent in English as a working language, with a global mindset and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
