Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies for conversion
2. Coordinating information flow in sales activities, providing forecasts and market intelligence
3. Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience
4. Conducting contract risk assessments and managing risks
5. Completing assigned reports/tasks, attending meetings, and undertaking other tasks as needed
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in direct sales and sales management, preferably in photovoltaic industry
2. Expertise in business development, account management, and cross-selling
3. Proficiency in contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial/legal terms
4. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, customer focus, and professional attitude
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher and fluency in English
