Job Description
Perform extensive research to draft career plan and Statement of Purpose for the applicant
Draft credibility interview questions and answers for the applicant
Conduct mock interviews with the applicants and evaluate their answers
Prepare the applicants for the Credibility Interview and/or visa interview
Share relevant links and materials with the applicant for the credibility interview and/or English language test
Guide applicants with the format of the credibility interview and linguistic tests
Respond to applicant inquiries via WhatsApp group, email, and calls
Supervise and assist applicants with their credibility interview and linguistic test
Assist and coordinate with the admission and counseling team
Suggest ideas to promote the language programs offered
Supervise students during tests conducted at our office
Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and events
Attend online training sessions
Maintain records of all applicants in CRM and sheets
Provide daily activity reports and requested data to management
