Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager located in Karachi. The Health Safety Environment Officer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Responsibilities include developing training programs, conducting safety audits, and collaborating with teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
- Proven experience in health, safety, and environmental programs
- Knowledge of regulations related to environment, health, and safety
- Ability to conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Certifications in areas such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or ISO 14001 are preferred
