- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Build and maintain a candidate network for talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through the offer process and negotiate compensation.
- Assist in onboarding and integration for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve HR processes.
- Develop and maintain succession planning framework.
- Monitor and adjust succession planning efforts.
