Job Description
- Plans MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedule.
- Facilitate problem-solving among MEP Subcontractors.
- Validate design issues related to MEP and propose alternative solutions.
- Assist in reviewing MEP submittals.
- Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
- Assist in reviewing MEP change work orders.
- Assist in HVAC and building transportation systems installation.
- Direct, monitor, and control MEP Subcontractor activities.
- Coordinate MEP materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
- Liaison with MEP supervisory Engineers and relevant staff.
- Ensure MEP Subcontractors comply with quality documentation and safety regulations.
- Assist in testing and commissioning MEP equipment.
