Job Description
Strategically plan HR initiatives to enhance employee performance and company productivity.
- Lead hiring and training processes for new employees.
- Keep employee handbooks current and ensure policy adherence.
- Coordinate work activities, conduct progress reviews, and address grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment for employee comfort.
- Supervise HR staff, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee termination process, handle NCR reports.
