Job Description
Job Description:
- Managing LAN/WAN.
- Installation/Troubleshooting of System Hardware and Software including OS.
- Layer 2 and 3 Network Understanding and hands-on experience is a plus.
- Video Conference system understanding & troubleshooting.
- Firewall, routers and Switches understanding and concepts.
- Providing support related to Hardware/Software to end users.
- Troubleshooting of Printers and photocopiers.
- Installation and maintenance of CCTV Cameras indoor and outdoor.
- Installation and maintenance of Wireless devices for remote side connectivity.
- Network Monitoring.
- Managing IT Inventory.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- 2-3 Years of relevant experience
- DAE(IT) or Equivalent
- CCNA/MCSE will be a plus
