Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a reputed IT recruiting company and meet the following requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a reputed IT Recruiting Company
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Master or Bachelor degree
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and methods
- Residency in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or willingness to relocate to this region
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using various online platforms and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
