Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at AVASO Technology Solutions. As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, and assist with network setup and maintenance.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
