Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in the Korangi District. The Merchandiser will be responsible for analyzing market trends, planning budgets, and developing product strategies. They will work closely with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in product development, pricing, and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
