Job Description
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents to maintain efficiency and confidentiality.
Skills:
- Proficiency in office management software such as MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
