Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the dispatching, routing, and tracking of vehicles to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor driver performance, including compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Work with the operations team to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs
- Ensure vehicle sourcing is done on time
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely availability of vehicles
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a logistics company as an operation associate or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
