Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise recruitment plans in line with organizational goals.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 years of HR Recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
