Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead Manager located at our Islamabad office. The Sales Lead Manager will be responsible for creating and managing sales leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and managing a team of sales representatives. The Sales Lead Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends, and completing regular sales reports.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing a team of sales representatives and leading by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer programs and digital tools commonly used for sales and marketing, such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms
- Experience in the real estate industry is considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
