Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, creating sales pitches, and closing deals. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets and developing and implementing sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
