Job Description
Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive Import/Logistics to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be a Business Graduate with proficient skills in Excel and a strong understanding of supply chain operations, particularly in Import/Export/Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage import/export operations from material loading to destination, ensuring compliance with shipment requirements and Letters of Credit.
- Check, prepare, and release Import/Export OBLs in accordance with LC or contractual obligations.
- Handle all aspects of shipment processes, including nomination, booking, OBL verification, and invoice payment.
- Possess a thorough understanding of export/import procedures and shipping documents.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transporters.
- Prepare necessary reports, approvals, arrival notices, and feedback documentation.
Qualifications:
- University degree (16 years), preferably in Business Administration/Supply chain or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in international trading operations and import/export.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable and considered an edge.
