Job Description
Business Graduate, Proficient in Excel, and Knowledge of supply chain operations, especially Import/Export/Logistics would be preferred.
Payments of imports to clearing agent, transporters and shipping lines.
Liaison with freight forwarder, updating BL drafts and tracking shipments.
Processing payments related to shipping Lines, clearing agent, transporters, and other vendors.
Following up for shipment clearance, tracking and feedback.
Liaison with other departments.
Preparing necessary reports, Approvals and arrival notices and feedbacks.
