Job Description
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Industry: Retail Fashion Apparel
Education: Civil Engineering
Experience: 6+ Years of relevant experience, AutoCAD and Quantity Surveying
Requirements:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including contractor management.
- Capable to execute and monitor a project from scratch to handover.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address design changes, resolve technical issues, and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, including progress updates, daily logs, and incident reports.
- Manage and mentor junior site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying drawings and preparing shop drawings as required.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Quantity Surveying for estimating quantities, preparing bills of quantities, and cost tracking.
