Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Technician at Duncan France State Farm Insurance Agency. The Senior Technician will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems. The Senior Technician will also collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the agency’s technology infrastructure and provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment and systems
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
