Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at FWO Consulting. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily construction activities at the Kot Addu location. They will ensure compliance with safety protocols, monitor progress, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and resolve any on-site issues. The Site Supervisor will also maintain accurate records and report to the project manager.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and procedures
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
