Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- 📦 Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
- 🚚 Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- 🔍 Perform regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy
- 💼 Organize and optimize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- 📋 Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures
- 🤝 Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- 🔹 Previous experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably in the FMCG industry
- 🔹 Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications
- 🔹 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- 🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- 🔹 Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- 🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
