Role Description: Full-time on-site Supervisor role in Rawalpindi District overseeing daily operations, managing a team of mental health professionals to deliver confidential and effective patient care.
Qualifications:
- Leadership and management skills
- Experience in mental health or healthcare industry
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of mental health treatments
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
Additional skills: project management, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and experience with electronic health records.
