Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a reputed IT recruiting company and meet the following requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a reputed IT Recruiting Company
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and methods
  • Residency in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or willingness to relocate to this region

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates using various online platforms and networking events
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience recruiting for SAP positions
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and terminology
  • Understanding of the SAP landscape and market trends
