Inbox Business Technologies, a leading Information Technology, and Services company, seek a Technical Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, ensure prompt resolution of technical problems. As a Technical Support Officer, troubleshoot technical issues, guide software and hardware requirements, handle escalated problems. The ideal candidate has problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and can work independently and in a team.
- Basic troubleshooting of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and other hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and questions
- Determine the best solution based on customer details
- Ability to analyze basic IT issues
- Task management and Customer handling
- Well-dressed as it’s customer-facing role
- Identify and suggest improvements in procedures
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or Graduation in Computer Science
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Effective communication skills
- Must be proficient in Oral and written English
