Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Global Helpdesk Representative to join our team. As a Global Helpdesk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients around the world during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance promptly and accurately
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability to work during night shifts
