Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day review of accounts payable transactions in accordance with SLA and quality standards.
- Execute verification processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Deliver AP reports and reconciliations regularly.
- Monitor supplier accounts for timely payments.
- Respond to queries promptly and escalate issues.
- Support month-end closing and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years in end-to-end Accounts Payables operations.
- Proficient in SAP and financial analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, result-oriented, and can work under pressure.
- Willing to work in multi-cultural environment and shifts.
