Job Description
As a People Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will also be required to manage relationships with clients, update customer databases, and coordinate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
Key qualifications for this role include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
