Job Description
Caretaker should observe proper cleaning of Model Unit particularly in Living Room, Kitchen Area, Comfort Room, Stair Hallway, Bedrooms, and including Carport.
Caretaker should also maintain the cleanliness and proper placement of furniture and appliances inside the Model Unit.
Conduct an inventory for all items contained in the Model Unit.

- Prior experience as Caretaker
- Trustworthy & High personal integrity
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Can start ASAP
