Job Description
A Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a building’s cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment for clients and residents. Duties include cleaning floors, dusting surfaces, and reporting safety hazards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report safety hazards
- Complete tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting
- Maintain proper placement of furniture
- Conduct inventory of Model Unit items
Qualifications:
- Prior Caretaker/Housekeeper experience
- Trustworthy and meticulous
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Immediate availability
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
