Job Description
Caretaker should observe proper cleaning of Model Unit, focusing on Living Room, Kitchen Area, Comfort Room, Stair Hallway, Bedrooms, and Carport.
Maintain cleanliness and proper placement of furniture and appliances in the Model Unit.
Conduct inventory for all items in the Model Unit.
Qualifications:
- Prior Caretaker experience
- Trustworthy & High personal integrity
- Detail-Oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Immediate availability
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
