Work Setup: Hybrid, Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Accounting, Reconciliation, and Auditing functions on various accounts
- Analyze and investigate outstanding variances or issues
- Maintain traceability of research and provide detailed monthly analysis
- Prepare journal entries to resolve discrepancies
- Work with operation areas to identify discrepancies and clear items timely
- Perform reconciliations as required
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial or general accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Strong Excel skills; knowledge of VBA and Macro is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- General accounting principles
- Comprehensive product knowledge is a plus
