- Reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
- Manages and develops the company’s business in the assigned territory
- Creates sales strategies and business building programs
- Evaluates sales operations and trade spending
- Develops annual promotions calendar and implements consumer-focused promotions
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in retail or general sales
- Experience with non-food products in a large retail entity
- Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Working Condition:
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Onsite (San Juan City)
