Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator 1 (project-based employee for invoice processing) at John Clements is responsible for processing invoices, SOX Compliance validation, and maintaining log sheets. This role involves providing accounts payable support across all company locations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices
- SOX Compliance Validation
- Cost Center Allocation
- Issue Resolution
- Preparation of Reports
- Mailbox Maintenance
- Monthly Reporting
- Back-up Support
- Applying Internal Controls
- Other Assigned Tasks
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Education: Finance or Business Management (with accounting units preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years, with 1 year in accounts payable using banking software
- Specific Knowledge: ERP Applications (Oracle, SAP), MS Office proficiency
