Job Description
A Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of buildings to provide a pleasant environment for clients and residents. Duties include cleaning, reporting safety hazards, and performing tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, and more.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning and reporting safety hazards
- Tasks include vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and more
- Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the Model Unit
- Conduct inventory of items in the Model Unit
Qualifications
- Prior experience as Caretaker/Housekeeper
- Trustworthy, Meticulous, Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php500.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
