Job Description
1. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of entries made in the ERP.
2. Responsible for the preparation, filing, and payment of correct BIR returns and attachments/reports.
3. Tasked to check inventory figures and values in the ERP vs. the Actual Count and report any discrepancies to the Chief Finance Officer.
4. Responsible for reporting inventory.
5. Responsible for the preparation of the updated Balance Sheet ledger.
6. Acts as the liaison officer to the BIR for permits (Books of Accounts and Official Receipt).
7. Checks and reports issues concerning ERP software.
8. Willing to work 48 hours per week.
9. Must be CPA.
10. Requires at least 8 years of experience.
