Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieves product growth targets/quota for specific bank products
- Assists the BBG Head in product development, assessment, and product introduction activities
- Recommends product enhancements, strategies, and updates to determine new business opportunities
- Supports the department in developing marketing plans and projects, promotions, and marketing aids
- Keeps abreast with the competitor’s products and strategies
- Maintains good relations with existing clients and sources new clients to grow the business
- Addresses client’s/customer’s issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Performs other work-related functions and duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
- With a degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing required
- Should have technical marketing skills and industry knowledge
- Excellent communication, marketing, and presentation skills
- Confident, persuasive, creative, proactive, and customer service oriented
- Can work accurately under time constraints and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
