Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Responsibilities
- Validation of purchase invoices
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice data entry in the new ERP
- Coordinate with teams to resolve any issues on invoice validation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Comply with Environment, Health, and Safety standards
- Book vendor invoices and process payments accurately and on time
- Maintain and monitor AP un-invoiced receipts and resolve any issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Finance/Business related courses
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable process and general accounting
- Analytical and keen to details
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Can work well at different levels of the organization
Other Details
- Title: Accounts Payable Associate
- 1-2 years of experience in AP Process and General Accounting
- Knowledgeable in using SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
- Willing to work in Alabang Site, ready for a hybrid type of work schedule
- Shift Schedule: 7AM-4PM
