Job Description
- Performs administrative and office support activities
- Oversee the general ordering and maintenance of department supplies inventory (supplies, equipment) in coordination with Immediate Superior.
- Prepares requests for purchase and requests for payments.
- Process vehicles’ LTO renewal, insurance, repairs and maintenance, and all other concerns related to company service.
- Assist in the safekeeping of company documents
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by Admin Supervisor.
