Job Description

DAVAO CITY, Philippines
- Graduate of any Bachelors Degree in Business, Office Administration or any relevant course
- With at least 1 year working experience in Sales
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Can start ASAP
- Acts as POC for After sales in branches from walk-in clients and BSEs Promotes use of Plan to Customers.
- Guide the customers in the registration to Plan
- Assists in the submission of requests or inquiries
- Monitors the progress of policy requests and complaints received in the assigned area, ensures resolution within target turn around time (TAT), and provides necessary feedback to customers regarding their requests.
- Coordinates with other departments for referred cases, follow-ups and escalate requests beyond TAT.
- Creates reports based on daily transactions inquiries, requests, and complaints and submit daily to Supervisor.
- Checks policy status/details and/or requirements to process the request and advises the customer/BSE accordingly.
- Stays on top of After sales requirements that the team needs to follow.
- Coordinates with Sales implementation of requirements.
