Job Description:
- Acts as POC for After sales in branches, assisting walk-in clients and BSEs
- Promotes Plan to Customers and guides in registration
- Assists in requests and inquiries, monitors policy progress, and ensures resolution
- Coordinates with other departments, creates daily reports, and checks policy details
- Coordinates with Sales on requirements and implementation
