Job Description
A Caretaker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of building premises to offer tidy and hygienic facilities for clients and residents. Tasks include cleaning floors, dusting surfaces, and ensuring a neat environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Perform cleaning tasks like vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Arrange furniture and appliances in the Model Unit.
- Conduct an inventory of all items in the Model Unit.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping.
- Trustworthy, with high personal integrity.
- Meticulous with time management skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Must be able to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay: Overtime pay
