MAKATI CITY
Responsibilities:
- Act as Strategic Business Partner focusing on the overall Financial Management of the company
- Collaborate with CEO/Management in setting and driving Financial vision, strategy and planning both for short and long term
- Strengthen Financial processes and procedures to meet the overall Company goals
- Adhere to local & global business requirements, enforcing compliance and
- Directly oversee the global financial operations of the company;
- Directs and lead financial planning and budget management; manages the preparation of financial outlooks and forecasts
- Assess and monitor the financial performance of the company and recommend action items to further strengthen the financial structure.
- Update the management/Stakeholders on any global financial issues, concerns and compliance
- Lead the Finance team in adopting best practices, economical but effective and compliant to both
- local and global Financial procedures/market
- Establish goals and objectives for the global Finance Team and support and monitor achievements
- Identifies, recommend and implement financial-related policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory, legal requirements within AK locations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA and/or CMA and MBA
- Extensive knowledge of Financial & Accounting principles, procedures, and best practices both local and global
- At least 10 years of working experience, 5 years of which with global hands-on experience
- Strong stakeholder management
