Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with corporate travels and expenses
- Provide universal voice, chat, and email support
- Handle customer support for travel concerns like refunds, cancellations, reservations, etc.
- Communicate with airlines to resolve customers’ travel issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Graduate, College undergraduates, or Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 6 months GDS experience in BPO or travel industry, preferably with Sabre and Amadeus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to work 100% onsite and on various schedules
