QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of Financial BPO experience.
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work immediately
- Willing to work onsite
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or email
- Assisting customers by responding to their questions
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customers
- Providing excellent customer service 24/7

Salary: Php24,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
