Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Workplace Learning and Performance or related field
- Competent in Google Suite (Slides, Meet, Classroom, Sites and etc.).
- Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies
- Outstanding and confident delivery of training
- Detail-oriented in projects at hand
- Open for Project-based (6 months)
- Can start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by aligning needs through meetings, reviews, and coordination
- Design learning materials, workflows, modules, and identify training types.
- Arrange prerequisite and implement training, coordinate schedules, facilitate meetings, monitor progress, and assist participants
- Evaluate program effectiveness by sending forms and analyzing reports
- Other tasks
