Responsibilities:

  • Assist leaders in the day-to-day operations of managed service engagements.
  • Contribute to planning and executing projects in the Technology Consulting domain, with a primary focus on managed service area.
  • Participate in the review of processes and controls of the company’s clients, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Timely communication and collaboration with leaders to address identified issues and recommend improvements.
  • Supervise and manage the performance of team members working on assigned engagements for specific clients.
  • Apply the company’s established methodologies for process analysis and project management to maintain a consistent approach to evidence gathering.
  • Ensure the team’s adherence to company policies and standards throughout the engagement delivery.
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations containing valuable observations and recommendations for clients. Document procedures performed for review by leaders.
  • Assist in various project management activities, including project scoping, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • required: CPA qualification.
  • preferred: 2-5 years supervisory experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, along with interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
  • Capable of managing expectations effectively with managers and clients.
  • Demonstrates solid principles of leadership.
  • Adaptable to and capable of leading change.
  • Advantageous to have a background in shared services.
  • Amenable to work onsite.
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
