Job Responsibilities:
- Help provide leverage to clients by understanding their needs and scaling CFO services.
- Support includes capital calls, audit/tax, pre/post close services, financials, LP communications.
- Bring transparency and assist in decision-making processes.
- Real-time IRR and portfolio data updates, additional data points.
Team Lead Duties:
- Establish and execute processes, manage KPIs, evaluate for improvement.
- Daily and monthly auditing, coach team, assist in hiring and training.
Requirements:
- 3+ years fund accounting, 1 year private equity, 1-3 years supervisory experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organized, customer-oriented.
- Willing to work night shifts and report onsite 2-4 times a month.
